Caroline Davis
Consulting Manager

Caroline Davis is responsible for co-managing the Consulting team. She has over 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Recruitment Strategies, Compensation and Performance Management. Caroline is skilled in market research, compensation analysis and effective sourcing and recruiting talent for clients. She is committed to overseeing and providing the right ‘fit’ for each position. Her professional and relationship-based approach are the reasons that our clients continue to return to us for their staffing and executive recruiting needs. She holds a BA in Communication Studies from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Maureen Miller
Consulting Manager

Maureen Miller is responsible for co-managing the Consulting team and process to develop and deliver innovative and proven methodologies and tools to bring value to our clients. She has over 10 years of experience for establishing and managing the day to day issues of HR from Employment Law to Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Training, HRIS, Policy Development, Performance Management and everything in between. Maureen is extremely customer focused and is always looking out for the best interests of the client including protecting the client from legislative issues, as well as consulting with clients to help them transform HR into a key strategic driver in their organization. She holds a BS in Computer Science from Strayer University, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University.

Catherine Daniel
HR Consultant

Catherine Daniel has over six years of recruitment experience within the Accounting and Finance industry and she serves as the Senior Recruiter on the Consulting team. Catherine is extremely customer focused and is committed to efficiently meeting the placement needs of clients. She has recruited quality professionals at all levels including executives and managers within the Accounting & Finance, Pharmaceutical and IT fields. Her personal approach and dedication to her clients and candidates enables her to make successful placements. Catherine continues to have great success and a reputation for delivering unrivaled customer service and quality candidates especially for those hard to fill positions. She holds a BS in Psychology, with a concentration in Human Resources from Mary Washington College.

Elina Yakubov
HR Consultant

Elina Yakubov supports the consulting team by bringing her experience in strategic advisory support in recruitment, performance management, training and extensive support in HR policies and procedures. Whether you are looking for training, general consulting, facilitation of planning or problem solving processes, she can provide the guidance and support you require. Elina’s current focus includes Recruiting strategies and support and Training and Professional Development support. She holds a BS in International Business from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Kate Sinrud
Executive Administrative Assistant

Kate Sinrud supports the consulting team by bringing her advanced administrative experience, office management and support service experience to the team. Kate’s diverse background provides her with an exceptional understanding of office administration and enables her to multi-task at a high degree of efficiency. Her attention to detail, advanced proficiency level, high integrity and strong work ethic enables her to provide the highest level of customer service. She supports the Managing and staff Consultants with day to day operations and client training coordination and support services. Additionally, she provides QA review for all work products prior to release. She holds a BA in History from George Mason University. She is currently working towards her Master’s Degree in Public Policy from George Mason University.
