The Mid-Atlantic Venture Association (MAVA) has announced that four industry leaders have been elected to the board of directors for three-year terms: Steve Balistreri of Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C.; Trevor J. Chaplick of Proskauer Rose LLP; Mark Maloney of Paladin Capital Group; and Thomas D. Roberts III of Harbert Venture Partners LLC. With the election of the four new directors, 27 industry leaders serve on the MAVA board.
