Argy, Wiltse & Robinson Names New Partners and Principal
McLean, Va. — January 4, 2009 — Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (Argy), a rapidly-growing certified public accounting and business advisory firm, is pleased to announce that it has named two new partners and a new principal effective January 1, 2010:

· Mike Frost – Family Wealth Management Partner
· David Trimner– Corporate Tax Principal

Mark Phillips has over 15 years of audit and accounting experience, serving clients in a wide variety of industries including media, telecom and other communications; manufacturing and distribution; business process outsourcing; government contractors; leisure and fitness; and other services. Mark manages and supervises the execution of external audit and review engagements of clients ranging from small start-up companies to large multi-location corporations. He provides technical accounting and business consulting guidance to clients, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, other transaction support and internal controls design and development.
Mike Frost brings his more than 12 years of experience of individual, gift and fiduciary tax law to assist ultra high-net worth individuals manage their tax liabilities as part of a larger financial management picture. He ensures tax planning ideas are appropriate for the client and the client's personal and professional goals. Mike has worked with high-ranking government officials, publicly traded company CEOs, athletes, real estate professionals and government contractors. With this background, he understands the additional level of scrutiny individuals in these fields face and works to ensure their tax matters remain private.
David Trimner has provided specialized tax consulting and compliance services to several hundred nonprofit clients over his 12 year career. He provides Federal and State tax compliance services, focused primarily on public charities, private foundations, healthcare organizations and higher education institutions. He devotes himself to thorough comprehension of the rules and regulations critical to charitable and tax-exempt entities, as well as assisting in the preparation of tax filings designed to enhance an organization's image with contributors, the media and the general public. He serves on Greater Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants Not-For-Profit Organizations Committee.
