Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (Argy), a rapidly-growing certified public accounting and business advisory firm, is pleased to announce that it has named a new partner and principal effective July 1, 2011 as follows:
- Sajeev Malaveetil – Business Consulting Partner
- Eric Sobota – Business Consulting Principal
Sajeev Malaveetil provides a variety of advisory services to corporations regarding government contract accounting, systems and compliance. These services include performing assessments of compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) as well as supporting clients during government audits, investigations, bid protests and other litigation matters. Sajeev has extensive experience in areas related to contract pricing, CAS compliance, incurred costs, regulatory required business systems and GSA Schedule contracts.
Eric Sobota has consulted with government contractors on a wide range of business issues and regulatory compliance matters for over 10 years, including cost allowability and allocability matters, indirect rate structuring issues, cost accounting matters, GSA and other commercial procurements and business system design, implementation and management. In addition, he has served as a cost expert on many bid protest matters and other litigation proceedings specific to government contracts.
