McLean, VA — September 19, 2011 — Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (Argy), the 55th largest independent public accounting and business advisory services firms in the nation according to Inside Public Accounting, hosted an event to celebrate the firm’s 20th Anniversary. The event was hosted at the top of The Newseum Knight Conference Center in Washington, DC and was a great success. Paul Argy spoke briefly to welcome those who attended and thank them for coming out in less than perfect weather to be a part of their celebration. He discussed the firm’s rapid growth, mentioning that when Joyce Robinson, Steve Wiltse and he started the firm in September 1991 they had combined revenue of approximately $500,000 and in 2010 the Argy firm had over $50 million in revenue, is now the 55th largest firm in the nation, has been one of 25 “Best of the Best” firms in the nation for 7 years in a row and the fastest growing “Best of the Best” firm in 2010. He added, “We know and understand well that we accomplished this because we have great partners and the best and brightest employees who work smart and hard; we have great network contacts that have been very good to us by referring clients to us; and we truly have the best clients ever. They have been loyal, helpful, understanding at times and committed to their success and, in turn, appreciate us as long-term valued trusted advisors. We are sincerely appreciative of everyone who has helped us get to where we are…those who are here and the many who are not….the deepest of appreciation to each and every one of you.”

While the weather could have been better, the rain did stop by around 7:00 pm and the magnificent view of the Capital and Washington, DC skyline were enjoyable to take in while listening to the live strong trio. Clients came from all over the nation including one from Arizona and another from the Bahamas. It was certainly a night to remember!
