Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (Argy), one of the largest independent public accounting and advisory services firms in the nation, is proud to announce that four Argy partners have been recognized as 2011 SmartCPAs by SmartCEO magazine.  Paul Argy, Steve Wiltse, Chris Carson and Jeff Schragg were nominated by SmartCEO readers and clients for the award based on their leadership, expertise and accomplishments in their profession.

The SmartCPA award winners will be profiled in the September print and digital issue of SmartCEO.  They will also be celebrated at an awards event in September.

Steve Wiltse has over 30 years of tax experience, with expertise in the government contracting, technology, real estate and other service industries. As a co-founder of Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C., Steve has played a pivotal role in growing the firm and creating its business development program, which he leads by strong example. Steve is a ubiquitous figure in the Greater Washington business community. He has made a name for himself as a key business leader to know, as his greatest asset is the ability to connect people.

Chris Carson is an audit partner with over 25 years of diversified audit, accounting and management advisory experience providing service to clients across an array of industries, with particular emphasis in the government contracting and technology markets.  In his managerial role as head of the audit department, Chris oversees audit projects and reviews and maintains quality control on client engagements.

Jeff Schragg is a tax partner with over 25 years of experience counseling clients on highly complex tax and business matters.  He provides clients a broad and deep knowledge of all areas of state, federal and international taxation.  Jeff has coordinated services for both individual and business clients, including exempt organizations, real estate companies and government contractors.  He brings a results-driven approach to closely held businesses and high net-worth individuals.
