PAUL BAILEY, BUSINESS CONSULTING PARTNER, JOINS ARGY
New Partner Greatly Strengthens Growing Government Contracts Consulting Practice
McLean, VA — November 9, 2009 — Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (Argy), a rapidly-growing certified public accounting and business advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Paul Bailey, who joins the firm as a Business Consulting Partner, effective immediately. Based in McLean, Mr. Bailey will serve Argy’s government contractor clients, primarily in the aerospace and defense and technology sectors.

Mr. Bailey brings to Argy over 20 years of experience in federal contracting and providing expert advice for the accounting and administration of government contracts. He assists clients in assessing and developing cost accounting policies, procedures and systems, for compliance with federal procurement rules and regulation including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). In addition to serving as Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he also spent time in industry, having led government contract finance departments for both manufacturing and services companies.
The addition of Paul Bailey continues to build on Argy’s business approach of offering the technical expertise of “Big 4” firms with the responsiveness and fee structure of a regional firm. Argy grew by nearly 30% in 2008, making it the 4th-fastest growing firm in the U.S.
