With more than 25 years of diverse audit, accounting and consulting experience, Warren provides audit assurance and related services to a high profile portfolio of rapidly growing regional and national clients.

Prior to joining Argy, Warren served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer with MorganFranklin Corporation.  His responsibilities included legal and risk management, governance, finance and corporate development.  Prior to MorganFranklin, Warren was co-founder and Managing Director of Claris Capital LLC, a registered Broker/Dealer providing M&A advisory services to companies in the technology, IT and government services industries.  While at Claris Capital, he advised stakeholders to successfully execute liquidity strategies as well as performed restructurings, valuations, and fairness opinions.

Warren began his accounting career at IBM Corporation. He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) where he served clients for approximately 20 years.  He became Managing Partner of their technology industry assurance practice in the Mid-Atlantic region and a Senior Partner in their transaction advisory services division.  Warren held a TS security clearance.

He has appeared in numerous articles regarding the technology and venture capital industries.  He also has been a frequent speaker at national conferences for the venture capital, software and information technology industries.
