Dean Peterson has 15 years experience in public accounting, nearly all of which at Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (Argy). Dean assists clients with a variety of complex tax issues. He works mainly with pass-through entities operating in a variety of industries, including real estate, professional services, and hospitality.

Dean works primarily with clients that are structured as partnerships and limited liability companies. The majority of his work is with clients who own or invest in various commercial real estate properties. He also handles tax compliance issues for law firms, software consultants and other professional service providers.

In addition to traditional tax work, Dean has extensive experience consulting on the structuring of business ventures whether they are brand new or result from mergers or acquisitions. He also has experience with tenancy-in-common (TIC) arrangements resulting from 1031 exchanges. Dean also assists clients with cost-segregation studies on their real property. He manages client groups with multiple projects with a variety of state and federal reporting and/or filing requirements.
