Chris Carson has over 30 years of diversified audit, accounting and management advisory experience providing service to clients across an array of industries, with particular emphasis in the government contracting and technology markets.  In his managerial role for Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (Argy), Chris oversees audit projects and reviews and maintains quality control on client engagements.  Some of the consulting services that he provides to clients include:

• Mergers and acquisitions advisory services and support (including due diligence reviews)
• Technical support on various government contracting and accounting issues
• Compliance audits for government contractors
• Indirect cost structure designs
• Forward pricing models
• Representation before cognizant audit agencies

Prior to joining Argy in 1994, Chris was Corporate Controller for Ogden Government Services, Inc., a $120 million government contractor.  Before joining Ogden, he was the Controller / CFO for another government contractor, Dual, Inc., a rapidly growing 8(a) firm with approximately $18 million in annual revenue at the time.  His experience at both companies directly complements the services he provides to Argy clients.  Chris launched his career with PriceWaterhouse, where he built a strong technical foundation conducting and managing audits and reviews for public and privately-held clients.
